She's on the move!!

At about six months, Shelby started sitting up pretty good! She started rolling both ways as well at this time and has been non stop ever since. She isn't crawling yet, but we are, oh so close. She is definitely doing the army crawl and can pretty much get anywhere she needs to be.

We got her jumperoo out when I got back from Japan and while it took her a few weeks to "get it"...once she did, it was great! She loves it and we love watching her....HOWEVER, it does have a new name...the "pooperoo"...it seems like whenever she really gets going in it, she has quite the blow out....I don't need prunes or karo syrup anymore, just the jumperoo.
Schooner is starting to get nervous though...she lunges for him on a pretty regular basis! I think when she really starts moving, it is going to change his world and he may want to move to Grandma's permanently! Speaking of Schooner, he is great with her. The other day, she was laying on the bed with daddy and started rolling around. Schooner nudged her back over with his nose and then laid in front of her so she couldn't roll off....that is, until she grabbed his beard and he was OUTTA there!!
She is playing with all of her toys and the pack-n-play officially became a play pen last weekend as she needs to be contained every once in a while...she loves cords, the computer, remotes, and phones...quite the techie! We will be babyproofing the house very soon!
