Sleep Issues

I don't know where my good little sleeper went. When Shelby was about 5 months old, she slept through the night almost every night....we are really regressing. It takes me awhile to get her to sleep and she is consistently waking up 2-3 times per night, usually to eat. She grabs the top of my head by my hair and yanks down so my cheek gets closer to her and then sucks on my face...this is her indication that she is hungry. It is getting frustrating and we are very tired....I hope we are just going through a growth spurt.
