In the past couple of months, Shelby has formed quite the obsession with Mickey Mouse and friends. She loves watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on the Disney channel and also on the computer (we find youtube clips). She comes up to us while we are on the laptop and starts waving her arms and dancing which is her indication that she wants to watch them on the computer. If she wants to watch them on the TV, she simply hands us the TIVO remote (she somehow knows the right one) and yells "ON".
Well, Cale decided since the Wolverines are having a less than stellar year, he'd rather sell our Michigan tickets and take Shelby to Disney on Ice.
We had a great time. Shelby made it through until the first intermission (about 45 min) before getting antsy. She was in awe of the lights and music and definitely recognized her Disney friends. She was pointing and dancing in her seat!!
We are definitely looking forward to Disneyworld in Novemeber.
