Yes, she was playing with Daddy's phone and he had it on keypad lock, but there is one button that can be pushed in case of emergency and she found it!!!! The township police called right back to check to make sure if there was indeed an emergency, and Daddy explained that his one year old is learning how to dial!!
UH OH!!!
