Shelby is getting to be so much fun...it seem like she is doing something new every day! Every day when Betsy is here, she fills out a "nanny log" for me which lets me know when and how much Shelby ate, when she slept, pooped, etc. My favorite part is what she did all day...I can't wait to get home to read it....and Betsy does a great job of being very descriptive so I don't feel AS bad having to go to work every day. Anyway, today she said that she was really looking at her hands and was grasping at her toy keys....she finally got a hold of them and put them straight in her mouth! She did that for me tonight too...seems like it may be time to make sure everything in reaching distance is safe to go in her mouth (which isn't much!!). Daddy was feeding her the medicine bottle tonight (she gets 1 oz. of breast milk in a bottle with her acid reflux medicine before I nurse her). Anyway, Cale told me to look and she was holding the bottle with both hands, using her thumbs and everything! I know it was a fluke as she dropped it pretty fast, but it was very cute and I did get a picture (which I will post when it gets downloaded from the camera.) Time to put Miss Shelby to bed!
